This is the season of gray and grave uncertainty. All we can do is see it as a season and move through it. I did a blog some time ago on "the color gray" because I needed to explore its layers. “Layers” are splayed out everywhere now.
There's an old Sun Tzu (?) saying: when there's no way out of a room, enter it even more deeply. I think we're in that place (so were the Vikings, but they went the wrong way). Insides become outsides anyway, inlines and outlines, figures and ground.
Marti, you've always been one to load so much responsibility onto your shoulders, to do everything for everyone. It's so good to see that you no longer need to take on that burden, that you "can't please everyone." Maybe Mr. Trickster will agree to step around that one.
(This, coming from a Taurus - and Turtle): When in a room with no way out and no clear way further inside - do nothing. Do “art” instead. The room we're in is the room within ourselves. I'm thinking of the stacks and labyrinths in Borges' Library. There are many rooms.
We're all transitioning to “somewhere else” now. That's for sure. It's humbling and we're all feeling so vulnerable. With the exception of stepping out for political activism, “stay in your room.” The doors of perception will appear.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
